Where does your data come from?
All salary data comes from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OES) program. See our methodology page for details.
How often is the data updated?
We update annually when BLS publishes new OES estimates, typically in spring. The current data reflects the May 2025 survey period.
Can I use your data for research?
The underlying BLS data is public domain. Our presentation and analysis are copyrighted, but you're welcome to reference our site with attribution. For bulk data access, we recommend downloading directly from BLS.gov.
Why doesn't my job title appear on the site?
We cover occupations as defined by the Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) system. Some specific job titles may fall under broader occupation categories. Try searching for a related or more general title.
