Our Data Source
All salary figures come from the BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OES) survey, which collects data from approximately 1.1 million business establishments across the United States. The OES program produces employment and wage estimates for over 800 detailed occupations.
How We're Different
Unlike salary sites that rely on self-reported data (which can be biased and unreliable), USA Salaries uses exclusively official government statistics. This means our figures represent actual employer-reported wages โ not estimates, not crowdsourced guesses, but real compensation data collected through a rigorous federal survey program.
